Garret Clayton, Ex chico Disney, revela con emotivo mensaje que es Gay

Garret Clayton, uno de los protagonistas de la película de Disney Channel "Teen Beach Movie", con tan solo 27 años aprovechó la oportunidad de que se va a estrenar su próxima película "Reach" para revelar un detalle sobre su vida personal. 

"Creo que era importante explicar por qué asumí este proyecto", escribió. "'Reach' trata de algunos temas muy serios y oportunos que me han afectado personalmente y que probablemente también hayan influido a muchos otros en sus vidas",comenzó.

El actor contó que decidió interpretar su papel debido a las similitudes del personaje con él, y con "hombre con el que ha tenido una relación durante mucho tiempo".

Clayton dijo que su objetivo al protagonizar la película era ayudar a otros que podrían estar luchando con problemas similares.

"Estos temas no siempre fáciles de contar, me afectan en el corazón, y, sabiendo lo serios que son, quería compartir esto con todos vosotros", concluyó. "Esta película viene desde la perspectiva de personas que se preocupan profundamente por estos temas, y si verla ayuda incluso a una persona... ya habrá valido la pena".
